omg this is sick.. idk if this is just me being paranoid..

so i was looking at myself in the mirror and found a lot of tiny red spots in my body.. i looked closely and found some at my arms as well.. then my daddy told me i feel so warm.. :(

and i was thinking.. could this be chicken pox?? or its just psychological that I was so paranoid having chicken pox.. :| could i really have chicken pox again? :(
